Cancellation Policy
The technician may request half the cost of a missed service when a minimum of 24 hours notice is not given.
If the client is more than 5 min late, we may have to shorten the appointment time depending on the service. If it's a shorter service time, we may have to reschedule.
No shows will be charged full cost.
